City Builders & Co (CB&Co), a unit of Ganapathy group of companies (A wholly owned subsidiary of Enhanced BioFuels and Technologies (I) Pvt Ltd),(EBTI) established in 1989 in Rajapalayam, Tamilnadu, India. We have been providing a plethora of services right from grand construction projects to humble constructions. Apart from taking up complete projects, our catalog includes Structural consultancy, Planning and design, Simulation, 3D mapping, Electrical plumbing and Architectural works. We take pride in providing value-based services like Temple & Temple car renovation works which include advanced water jet cleaning, pointing, stone polishing (Poly coating), chemical washing, pointing work, pest control, grouting works and overall renovation and restoration based on client needs.

We CB&Co also working on various business activities including Agriculture, Horticulture, Commodities trading both in India and Internationally. The Green World Biotech established in 1987 later converted into a Private limited company to Enhanced BioFuels and Technologies (I) Pvt Ltd (EBTI) established in 1989 and Enhanced Biofuels and Technologies Pte Ltd, Singapore. All the international projects are operated under the EBT Singapore company.

This not only aligns the organization as one but also ensures the deep percolation of quality in every step removing the need to look into it often.

Er.G.Sankarasubramanian Managing Director, CEO & President of the Rajapalayam Civil Engineer's Association (RCEA). Founder with experience extending over 27 years, including both academic and commercial appointment Er.G.Sanakarasubramanian's work includes all Building construction works and Temple renovation and restoration work.

His expertise includes the development of new buildings, Temple renovation and Restoration work. (Removing dirt from stones, pillars, walls, ceilings) without affecting its originality. On his expertise awarded from our excellency, former President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Kalam, Er.P.Rajakumaran Director, City Builders & Co-management authority of all over construction works.

We, City Builders & Co Guruvayur temple renovation work was appreciated, recognized and awarded by UNESCO our CEO Er. Sankarasubramanian received the UNESCO award on 18th Dec 2021 at Guruvayur temple.

Former President of India and Bharata Ratna, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam visited the EBTI event fest Coimbatore. In his interaction with the management entitled “Culture of Excellence”, he exhorted the student community to be innovative and create wealth to the community through hard work, dedication and zeal that the youth of today can accomplish anything and contribute to the realization of his Mission 2020. Elaborating on the latest developments Dr. Abdul Kalam mentioned the convergence of information and communication technology finally leading to the development of nanorobots which will have tremendous potential in health care, agriculture and other fields.
